Pink Salmon
Oncorhynchus gorbuscha
Also called 'humpies,' pink salmon are the smallest and most abundant Pacific salmon species, found in the Great Lakes and along the Pacific coast from Alaska to the Pacific Northwest. They spawn in tributary rivers in late summer and early fall, providing fast action on light tackle for anglers who intercept the runs.
