- Canal Dover Park Access- This boat ramp is managed by the City of Dover and located on Canal St, near the intersection of E. Front St. and S. Wooster Ave. A large parking area is located within 100’ of concrete boat ramp. Access river right.canoe launch
- Canal Lands Park Access- Located just south of Zoar on Dover-Zoar Rd. Parking is 700' from access. Use connector to Towpath Trail, turn right to cross bridge, then left to the access. Exit river here at high water before Dover Dam. Access river right.canoe launch
- Charles B. Miller Boat Ramp Access- Located in the Village of Gnadenhutten at end of W. Main St. Limited parking is available within 200’ of the access. Primitive camping is available by permit only. Call 740-254-4116 for info. Access river left.canoe launch
- Craig Pittman Access- Located along the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail is managed by the Stark County Park District and is located on the east side of Navarre, on Hudson Drive SW. Limited parking available within 100 feet of the access on river leftcanoe launch

- Dover Dam Access- Located on S.R. 800 northeast of Dover. Limited parking is available within 100’ of access site. Concrete steps lead down from the parking area to access on the downstream side of the dam. Access river right.canoe launch
- Fairview Avenue Access- Located near the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trailhead near Fairview Ave and Norton Ave in Barberton. Parking is available within 80 feet of the access site. There are 20.4 river miles to the next access point. Access river right.canoe launch

- Lake Ave. Access- Located near the Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trailhead operated by Stark Parks. Parking available 200’ from access. This is a take-out access only and paddlers should exit river here before submerged pipe. No portage. Access river left.canoe launch
- Lawrence Twp. River Community Park Access- Located in Bolivar on Glenpark Rd NE, near I-77 and OH-212. Parking is within 100' of access. Access river left.canoe launch

- River Glenn Estates Access- Managed by ODNR Division of Wildlife, this access is located near the intersection of OH-93 and US-36. Parking is available at the Park & Ride lot 600’ from the access. Access river right.canoe launch

- Snyder's Landing Boat Ramp Access- Located at the southwest corner of Tuscarawas Rd. bridge. A large parking area is near the concrete boat ramp within 100’ of the access. This access can accommodate trailers. Access river right.canoe launch
- SUBMERGED PIPE--Located below Lake Ave. bridge at confluence of Tuscarawas River and Newman Creek in Massillon. NO PORTAGE is available at this hazard and paddlers must exit the river at Lake Ave. access point.canoe launch
- SUBMERGED PIPE--Paddlers should beware and exit the river before the pipe. Located in southeast New Philadelphia just downstream of Mill Ave. S.E. bridge. Portage river left.canoe launch
- Waterworks Park-Coshocton Access- Located near Baird Concrete at the north end of N. Water St. Managed by the City of Coshocton. Close to the confluence of the Tuscarawas River and Walhonding River, forming the Muskingum River. Access river left.canoe launch
